Our brand-new Mr. Lunetta Explorer Bags, now at the Main Branch of the New Rochelle Public Library, are your passport to outdoor discovery! Courtesy of Saw Mill River Audubon, each Explorer Bag is packed with:

• 1 Backpack
• 1 Magnifying Glass
• 1 pack of colored pencils
• 1 sketchbook
• 2 bug box magnifiers
• 1 box to hold bug box magnifiers
• 2 pairs of binoculars
• 1 set of nature activity cards
• 1 set of tree identification cards
• 1 set of bird identification cards
• 1 inventory list of the contents of the Explorer Bag

Guidelines for Borrowing and Use

• Patron is responsible for the timely and complete return of the Explorer Bag and all of its contents. Materials damaged or not returned will become the financial responsibility of the patron. An inventory list featuring the cost of each component of the Explorer Bag is included as part of the loan.
• Borrower is limited to checking out one (1) Explorer Bag at a time.
• Explorer Bags are checked out for a 7 day loan period.
• Explorer Bags can be checked out at the Circulation Desk at the Main Branch of the New Rochelle Public Library.
• Explorer Bags must be returned to the Circulation Desk of the Main Branch of New Rochelle Public Library.
• Late returns of the Explorer Bag will incur fines of $5 per day.
