• February Holiday Closures/Delayed Opening

  The New Rochelle Public Library and the Huguenot Children’s Library will be closed on Sunday, February 15  and Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of President’s Day.  

  The New Rochelle Public Library and Huguenot Children’s Library will open at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, February 11 to accommodate staff training.
