Budget

The New Rochelle Public Library Board of Trustees if very conscious of the everyday financial challenges faced by our taxpayers. With rising costs, we have proposed a very frugal budget that addresses only the most pressing needs of the library for the upcoming 2025/26 fiscal year. 

Proposed 2025-2026 Budget

In the weeks leading up to the library budget vote on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, we held information sessions with the Library Director and members of the Library Board of Trustees on Mondays, April 7 and May 5. These programs focused on the proposed budget for the coming year, how it will affect library services, and what it means for our community.
